Get A Smooth Skin


So many people who desires to have a smooth skin, especially women. Regardless of genes, everyone can get smooth skin even in their families have a history of acne. Aim to get smooth skin should start with the intention of and discipline in the treatment of skin itself. Without it, all will be in vain
Below are some tips on how to get smooth skin.

Skin hygiene
It is certain that the skin clean is the most important thing to get smooth skin. That is the normal wash 2 times a day, but it is recommended 3 times a day for women. This is done in an effort to remove dirts or dusts on the skin, especially in the face.
Tips that everyone knows and trivial, but it is very important and should be routines and habits in an attempt to treat the skin. Use cleaner to remove dirt and dust from the pores  and use exfoliant to remove dead skin cells on the surface.

Use make up products according to your skin type
Make up products are something that should be considered with caution. Look for make-up products that do not contain substances that are harmful to your skin, and also that does not cause allergies or irritation to your skin. It is no less important is do not forget to clean your make-up by washing before you sleep.

The right diet
Like it or not, diet plays an important role to get smooth skin Logically, that what we eat will be absorbed by our body, including the skin. Eat healthy food you will get healthy skin. Avoid eating processed foods and multiply vegetables and fruits.

Drink plenty of water
Our body requires the intake of 2 liters of water, equivalent to 8 glasses a day. It is done in addition to replacing lost body fluids while we sleep, but can also keep your skin moist. But do not drink at once, you can divide 8 glasses a day, example 2 glasses in the morning, 2 glasses at noon, 2 glasses in the afternoon and 2 glasses in the evening.
